About Us
In a rural location like the upper Methow Valley (Carlton, Twisp, Winthrop, Mazama), it can be difficult for aging and isolated community members to find the support they need to lead safe, full lives. The Lookout Coalition connects community members with the resources they need to build pathways to well-being. The Lookout Coalition serves its clients through house calls. Volunteer expertise includes medicine, social work, mental health, occupational therapy, mindfulness, spiritual support, nursing, and trauma therapy. Many of the volunteers are hospice trained and all live in the community.
